Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, you can go about your day. We’ll send you a notification when we arrive and when the job is complete.
We scoop in most weather conditions, including light rain and snow. If the weather is severe (lightning, heavy blizzard, or flooding), we will skip that day and service your yard on the next possible clear day.
We love dogs, but we have a 'paws-inside' policy during service. To ensure the highest level of safety for your pets and our crew (and to make sure we don't miss a single spot) please keep your furry friends inside until you receive our 'job complete' text!
To keep our service affordable and our "carbon paw-print" low, we assign service dates based on route density.
By grouping yards geographically, we spend less time driving and more time scooping, which allows us to pass those savings on to you. Once you sign up, we will notify you of your dedicated, recurring service day so you always know exactly when to expect us.
Biosecurity is a top priority. We thoroughly disinfect our scoops, bins, and boots with kennel-grade, parvo-killing disinfectant after every single yard to ensure your pets stay healthy.
We have a strict "Double-Check" policy. After finishing, we physically shake the gate to ensure it's latched. We also send a photo of the closed gate as part of your service confirmation.
No way. We believe in earning your business every visit. You can pause, cancel, or change your service frequency at any time with no "break-up" fees.
For yards that haven't been cleaned in a while, we typically charge a one-time "First Clean" fee. This covers the extra time needed to get your yard up to our maintenance standard.
To keep things simple, we keep a card on file and bill you automatically monthly basis
For us to do a thorough job, we ask that the grass be kept at a reasonable height. If the grass is too long, we might miss some "hidden treasures," though we’ll always do our absolute best!
We double bag the waste and haul it away for professional disposal.
