Hi, I’m Joe Fleming, the founder of Legacy Scoop Co. My journey to starting this business was driven by two things: a deep love for my dogs and a career built on Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS). I’ve spent years managing operations where safety and sanitation weren't just goals—they were requirements. I realized I could take those professional EHS standards and apply them to something closer to home.

I named this company Legacy Scoop Co. to honor the memory of my two dogs, Dodger and Chiquita. They taught me that our pets are family, and their 'legacy' should be a yard where the next generation of pups and kids can play safely.

By combining my technical background in environmental, health and safety with my passion for the Georgetown community, I’ve built a service that does more than just 'scoop.' We provide a sanitary, professional-grade environment for your home. Whether I’m out on a route, coaching the Georgetown Texans, or spending time at the lake with my family, I’m committed to keeping our community clean—one yard at a time.
